Responsibilities:
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various platforms
- Determine applicant qualifications by interview, analysis, and response.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions including on-boarding and off-boarding representatives
- Build networks to find qualified positive candidates and/or companies
- Research and recommend new sources for active and positive candidate recruiting
