Is there a cancellation fee?

What payment types do you accept?
A KEY difference with Compuwerx is that you will have your own merchant account. This will allow you to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card, American Express and eChecks.

How secure is your system?
Compuwerx uses a world class security auditor and PCI compliance company called Trustwave. We are very sensitive to your data and keep all of your payment data encrypted.
How long do you store payment history?
One simple word- forever. We are not in the business of charging you to view payments histories after a certain point in time. We are in the business of helping you get paid faster! That's where our value is.
Do you have a limit on users?
No. You can add as many of your employees to the Compuwerx system as you wish. This sets us apart from our competition in many ways. We want your employees to use the service.
I already have a merchant account, do I need a Compuwerx merchant account?
Great question. Yes, you do need a Compuwerx account. The reason for this is that our processing partners have worked with us for many years and understand our clients better than anyone, so there are certain things you get with us and lower processing rate, that you can't get with another merchant account.
What are the system requirements to run Compuwerx System?
Compuwerx is cloud based and does not require you to invest in any local software or hardware! You can literally run all of your property payments from any computer in the world. Send out your invoice and notices and track every step of the process from any computer.
